REFUND POLICY

Happy Customers

We do our best to spend the time with customers in our shop, through email and on the phone to be sure you are getting what you want. We know an informed customer is a happy customer.

  • We accept returns of unused and undamaged product in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our shop. Please email contact@sapphireoverland.com or call prior to putting any return in the mail.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
  • Please snap a few pics before mailing the return.
  • We cannot accept damaged returns.
  • We will contact you when your return has been received and inspected.

 

Damaged Items

We do everything we can to insure your product arrives damage free, but these things can happen. Here is how to handle returning a damaged item. 

  • Please don't just drop it in the mail without contacting anyone. We will help make this right.
  • Document as much of the damage as possible by snapping pictures of the damage upon arrival
  • Email contact@sapphireoverland.com or call us at406.626.8124.
  • We will then assist in returning the item

Restocking Fee

We work hard to get you your products as fast as we can. In this current volatile tariff market shipping times are unreliable. If you are shopping for a product you must have by a certain time please know we will do everything we can to set accurate expectations and keep you updated. Sometimes product arrival times are out of our hands.  However, if you choose to cancel an order there is a 10% restocking fee.
