SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping is currently calculated by weight and displayed at checkout.
• We offer in store pickup if you want to swing by, we are located at 300 Gold Ct, Florence, MT 59833.
• If the product is in stock, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. 
• For products that are backordered, you will receive an email from us with expected shipping dates within 3 days of order.
• Many customers order from us right before a trip. We understand you want the newest gear for you trip and we will do our very best to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Please order with plenty of time to receive the product and inspect it before taking it out.

We also ship a lot of rad (huge) products. SO, here are a few tid bits about shipping this rad big stuff...

• When an item exceeds 150 lbs we use a Freight company to get it to you. We don’t want our friendly mailman to hurt his back! Freight isn’t very customer centric, just the nature of the beast.  We will photograph your tent once it leaves the shop, and send you a copy of the BOL.
• Freight shipping will incur an additional fee for delivering to a residential address
• If a product is damaged during shipping we will help file a claim with the Freight company.
• We inspect all packages prior to leaving our shop, ensuring they look awesome, but also ensuring the product.  Once out of our shop we are not responsible for any damages.
• Thoroughly inspect and take pictures of the product before signing anything, don’t feel pressure by the Freight company, you’re responsible for signing off on the product once it arrives.
• We offer in store pick up if you want to swing by and pick up your rad heavy (or light) product. We are located at 300 Gold Ct, Florence, MT 59833.
